Terms
Last updated 24 September 2026.
The general Web Pros terms apply to Simpleshow: your account, your data staying yours, what we ask of you, money, availability, liability and Utah law. This page adds what is specific to Simpleshow. Where the two differ, this page wins for Simpleshow.
Simpleshow is made by Web Pros, a Utah business. Post reaches us at 304 S Jones Blvd. #2092, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Reach a person at [email protected].
What is on your screens
You decide what your screens show, and you are responsible for it: that you have the rights to the words, pictures and designs, and that it is lawful where the screen is. Please do not use Simpleshow to show anything misleading about somebody else.
The people who scan your screens
- What a visitor or a team member gives through Simpleshow is given to you. You need a proper basis for collecting it, and you are responsible for honouring anybody who asks you to correct or remove it. See our privacy page for what we do with it on your behalf.
- Do not use the details to send anybody mail they did not ask for.
- Giveaways are yours. Simpleshow decides who claimed a flash prize first; you provide the prize, and you are responsible for any rules or laws that apply to a promotion where you run it.
Suggestions from AI, and starter shows
Build with AI and starter shows give you a draft. It stays a draft in your editor until you save it, and you are responsible for what you then publish. Build with AI is designed to use only facts you gave it or that are on your own website, and starter shows mark every fact as a [placeholder] for you to fill in, but please read a draft before it goes on a wall.
Canva
Import from Canva works with Canva. It is not made, endorsed or certified by Canva. Your use of Canva is under Canva's own terms, and you need the rights to any design you bring across.
Hardware
Simpleshow runs on anything that can open a web page, and on a Fire TV Stick with the Simpleshow app. Fire TV is Amazon's product; Simpleshow is not made or endorsed by Amazon.
Plans and your channels
Your plan includes a number of TVs and phones; channels are unlimited, and every feature is on every plan. On a paid plan, each TV you connect past the allowance is added to your bill at the price shown on your Plan page, charged for the part of the billing period you use it, and taken off when you disconnect it. A plan never switches off a channel that is already running: if a payment fails or a plan ends, your TVs keep playing and your paired phones keep syncing, and you just cannot add more until it is sorted out.
